M31 SOS is a service that helps with initial identification and contact with guardians using information registered by the owner. It is not a substitute for medical judgment or legal determination of identity.

A small tag to wear every day,
a meaningful way to tell your story.
Focusing on the tag worn on the body, we design a QR, a human-readable serial number, and a back access password separate from the front QR. An activation code for registration of ownership is provided separately in the packaging.
Wearable Tag
Three wearable designs: silicone bracelet, woven bracelet and mini square necklace.
QR + serial number
Write the QR scan and serial number together. Telephone/agency inquiry is planned for deployment and is currently unavailable.
Separate front and back
Set a separate access password to prevent protected information from being opened just by scanning the front QR.
The product price is 300 THB. Engraving depth, heat resistance and readability after fire have not been tested. Sale availability or fire performance is not guaranteed.

6-digit ACCESS PW for viewing protected information and handling instructions. The access password is not included in QR. Please do not post photos of the back online.
Activation code is on separate card
The one-time code on the scratch card in the package is for ownership registration. This code is different from the access password for repeated viewing on the back.
This is a design example of engraving/printing arrangement. Actual product drawings and provided configurations are confirmed after production verification. The method of providing the sticker's access password must be confirmed separately, and the password is not printed on the front.

The minimum disclosed information is confirmed, and the protected information undergoes PIN verification.
Member storage, QR issuance and PIN checks are connected. Physical orders and payments are pending; digital QR use requires no purchase.
