This is a screen for checking the serial number and access history of verified institutional accounts such as police, fire, and hospitals.
Sensitive information cannot be viewed using only a general account or administrator screen address. Agency/person in charge authentication, access purpose, minimum authority, and inquiry audit records are required.
Does not indicate that the organization has been approved or result in a successful query.
QR, access password, and activation code are separated, and location sharing is handled with separate consent.

Serial, telephone and institutional lookup are planned additional channels. Their servers, call center, permissions and audit integration are not ready, so they cannot currently be used. No invented phone numbers or successful lookup screens are provided.
Admin pages currently describe operations, not live operational data or permission grants. Products, orders, payments and shipping must use existing Web Commerce as source; sender email does not confer superadmin access.
Use task-specific minimum permissions with reasons and change records. Production/shipping staff receive no medical details, plaintext PINs or private notes. Do not expose records to unauthorized users or report unconnected settings as saved.
