Identify sign-in, QR, PIN, notification or order issues and follow the relevant steps.
Sign-in and saving
Confirm the Account menu after Accounts sign-in. For saving errors check authority, required consent, health consent and edits in another tab. Reload current data, edit and confirm save results.
QR, PIN and loss
Inactive or suspended QR codes show no profile. Do not confuse activation code with PIN. Repeated PIN guesses trigger temporary limits. Reset PIN from the owner account and suspend lost tags.
Notifications, shipping and payment
Email requires recipient verification and consent. Check spam and request status. Physical ordering, payment and tracking are not enabled; a demo cart is not order acceptance.

Before inquiry, please distinguish between three codes
The QR on the front is used to identify the page, the access password on the back is used for viewing, and the activation code inside the package is used for ownership registration.

Check these before contacting support
Record the page, language, device, time and error message. Check Accounts for login issues; distinguish tag activation, visibility mode and PIN for hidden information. Do not request protected information belonging to someone else.
Never send PINs, activation/login codes, medical details or precise location in inquiries. The sender Gmail address is not a 24-hour support or rescue channel. Response hours are not confirmed; contact local emergency services in urgent situations.
When QR or connectivity fails
Check lens, obstruction, margins, light and connectivity. Never request PINs publicly to view protected information. Online QR requires internet; offline medical-data caching is not provided.
Serial, telephone and institutional lookup are planned additional channels. Their servers, call center, permissions and audit integration are not ready, so they cannot currently be used. No invented phone numbers or successful lookup screens are provided.
