Answers distinguish available from pending features.
Can every member use digital features free?
Yes. Profiles and QR creation/download are available regardless of tier, subscription or physical purchases. There is no separate annual digital renewal or travel-period fee. Physical production is optional.
What can I enter?
Enter allergies/reactions, medicines to avoid, conditions, medicines, devices, surgery/history, doctor, insurance, guardians, backup contacts and embassy information. Entered fields are not automatically all public.
When do saved changes reach QR views?
Linked tags refer to the saved profile. Rescan after editing; reload current data if editing in multiple tabs. Editing the same profile does not require remaking the product.
Are activation code and PIN the same?
No. Activation Code links ownership initially; PIN opens protected information. QR identifies the page. Keep the issued activation code separate from the PIN.
Does scanning automatically send location?
No. The finder must consent, obtain their own device location and explicitly confirm sending. There is no continuous tracking or IP fallback. Public information remains accessible without sharing location.
A guardian is not receiving email
Check address, completed verification, consent, scan/location choices and spam. Gmail acceptance differs from inbox receipt. Distinguish a known failure from uncertain acceptance and do not blindly resend uncertain messages.
I forgot or repeatedly entered a PIN
Owners can set a new PIN in tag management. Finders should not guess; check the tag and public guidance. Five failed PIN attempts trigger a temporary lock, with additional IP request limits.
How do loss, deletion and account closure differ?
Suspension blocks a particular tag. Profile deletion removes linked tags, records and recipients. Central M31 account closure is separate in Accounts. Review impacts before deletion.
Can I pay and receive physical products now?
Not yet. Products have a 300 THB reference price but market mapping, totals, shipping and live provider setup are pending. The cart is for review and generates no real order, paid status or tracking number.
Are water resistance, fire performance or rescue guaranteed?
No. Images are concepts; water ratings, engraving depth and post-fire readability are untested. QR connects information and does not replace rescue dispatch or clinical judgement.
What if internet or QR fails?
Check lens, obstruction, contrast, light and connectivity. Phone, institutional and offline lookup are not connected. In emergencies prioritize scene safety and local emergency services.
Does language selection translate my medical entries?
No. Interface guidance is in English, Thai and Korean; entered health details, names, contacts and coordinates are not sent to external translation services. Prepare personally verified wording for overseas use.

How email notifications connect
In Email settings choose profile, role, address and language, then request verification. The recipient verifies ownership using the emailed code and consents personally. Guardians choose scan and location alerts separately; entering an address alone does not enable alerts.
Emails contain no medical information, PIN or precise coordinates. Guardians use an email code to open restricted, consented scan/location records. Gmail acceptance is not inbox delivery; check spam, address and consent. Automatic LINE/SMS fallback is not connected.
Stop notifications in member settings or with the email stop code. Requests with uncertain acceptance are not automatically resent. Production reauthorization of the sender is pending; also check service status.
Editing, loss and deletion differ
Edit and save when contacts, medicines, surgery or travel details change. Linked QR codes use the updated profile, so profile edits alone do not require reprinting. Always scan to confirm after changes.
Suspend a lost tag in tag management; suspended QR codes reveal no profile. Profile deletion separately removes linked tags, scan records and recipients. Recovery is not guaranteed, so confirm the target and impact first.
Tag suspension is available to owners; unsuspension, physical replacement ordering and central Accounts closure are separate features. Identify the needed action and check status and support guidance.
Check market, currency and order status
Display language is separate from purchase market. Korea uses planned Toss/KRW and Thailand planned Stripe/THB. Do not charge an arbitrary KRW conversion of 300 THB; market-specific product, shipping and tax quotes are required.
Adding to cart is not payment or order acceptance. Success requires provider/server validation of amount, currency and order, plus real cancellation, refund and failure handling. Checkout is currently disabled and card details are not collected.
