All members can use digital features without tiers. Enter information under proper authority and update changes. Never guess blood group, conditions or medicines; the service does not verify clinical accuracy.
The product is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment or live tracker. Connectivity, device failures, QR damage, denied permissions and email delays may limit use. Rescue, agency integration, legal identification and 24-hour or timed support are not guaranteed.
Physical orders are separate from digital use and currently pending. Before opening, artwork approval, shipping, lead time, exchange and refund terms must be published and reviewed before payment. Unconfirmed terms are not presented as an agreed contract.
QR, access password, and activation code are separated, and location sharing is handled with separate consent.

PIN is a six-digit password for protected information and is never part of the QR URL. Activation Code is separate and used for first activation. These are not interchangeable.
Keep the activation code shown after issuance private and out of public photos or partnership materials. Reset a lost PIN from the owner account. Never give passwords to staff or include them in support email.
Record the page, language, device, time and error message. Check Accounts for login issues; distinguish tag activation, visibility mode and PIN for hidden information. Do not request protected information belonging to someone else.
Never send PINs, activation/login codes, medical details or precise location in inquiries. The sender Gmail address is not a 24-hour support or rescue channel. Response hours are not confirmed; contact local emergency services in urgent situations.
